After the release the of 11 Strategic Outline Business Cases in September, the next step in the Five Case Model Methodology is the elaboration of the Outline Business Cases which will incorporate new content such as indicators, financial feasibility, final commercial strategy, etc. Best practices will be shared by the three pilot sites Malaga, Berlin and Gothenburg.
Following with the design of the MEISTER e-mobility interoperable platform for smart cities, the MEISTER services and applications will be specified for the subsequent development in the next phase.
Moreover, the creation of a European eMobility Expertise Centre (EeMEC) and eSUMPS knowledge base that is the MEISTER product P4, in order to facilitate the transferability of best practices from the three cities participating in the project –and other cities leading e-mobility in Europe- to other European local governments, will be initiated by the preparation of the eSUMPS Knowledge Base.
Integration with smart grid services activities will implement the smart grid integration software which includes the MEISTER Smart Charging and Storage Platform (MEISTER product P5).
Piloting MEISTER Integrated approach in the pilot sites will deploy and showcase innovative pathways to boost business models developed making use of MEISTER Technology, the European eMobility Expertise Centre and Smart Grid solutions in the pilot sites Berlin, Malaga and Gothenburg.
