On September 13, the fourth edition of the Mobility and Sustainable Tourism Congress of Malaga is celebrated, where the President of the National Association of Collective Transportation (ATUC) -Miguel Ruiz- will introduce for first time MEISTER project to the audience and media in behalf of city of Málaga.
The event is addressed at institutions, associations and companies. The objective is to establish a framework for dialogue and open debate on energy transition, the fight against climate change and how sustainable mobility positively impacts the city’s economy.
MEISTER’s goals and benefits in Malaga city will be presented at the session “The impact of the newest mobility system in Spanish cities”. Within the project, Malaga puts emphasis on
integration of e-mobility in the smart city context and its Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP), with special focus on “e-urban collaborative logistics”
MEISTER aims at creating the conditions for smart e-mobility market take-up in cities, by means of developing integrated approaches, smart solutions and innovative, sustainable business models, which will be tested and validated in three urban areas in Southern, Central and Northern Europe: Malaga(Spain), Berlin (Germany), and Gothenburg (Sweden).
