This deliverable is a clear report of the Action Plan which will be carried out and approved by all project partners, containing all the dissemination activities, for EeMEC's first year of operation. It tries to identify the tasks which are foreseen to promote its objectives and reach out to its targets, analyze them and delegate responsibilities for a successful operation of the EeMEC.
